Who I am?

I’m Pawel Szypkowski, the founder of Neeldam - Through The Pain to Happiness.


My approach to coaching comes from lived experience. In 2020, I went through a period of undiagnosed depression, and rebuilding myself through movement, mindset work, and daily habits became the turning point in my life.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding how physical activity supports mental health - completing courses like Exercises for Mental Health by Dr. Brendon Stubbs and studying everything I could about resilience, habits, and wellbeing.

Today, I use that knowledge to guide people of all backgrounds and fitness levels toward strength, confidence, and balance - one step at a time.
